Auntie Anne's Pretzel Perks App Reviews

After opening the app freezes and nothing you try can make it work again. This is on an iPhone 6 plus.

Just got the app and it froze.

Filled out the form and got a message that says it cannot sign me up for the rewards program at this time. Shady business, deleted app immediately.

Havent even earned any points yet, but Ive gotten a free pretzel for my birthday and for national pretzel day. Worth it just to have for coupons and the occasional free pretzel!

This works fine and I absolutely LOVE the coupons. Theyre easy to use (the cashier scans them right off your phone.) Yay free pretzels!

Put in all my info to create an account and when I tapped Submit I got a message thanking me for my interest but it couldnt register me. This happened twice before I gave up. I was also asked to allow the app access to my location about 6 times in two minutes because I kept saying no.

Awesome points system. I have received quite a few free pretzels. I love Auntie Annes. One thing though, I would like to request two features of some sort. Whenever I have a reward, Id like the option to display a notification over the app. Give it a big red number one. Also add passport support please! Thanks!

Works well for keeping up with the rewards system, which is a good one and which every store Ive been to accepts readily.

I would like to begin by saying I Love Auntie Annes. The smell, taste of the perfect pretzels and the friendly employees. That being said the app is crap. Ive tried to install it on three devices none of which work. It wont let me set up an account. I am heartbroken. I just wanted pretzels.

The app is wonderful but mine keeps saying I have a message pending. Not sure why.

Before this app I used to get a free coupon by email every month. And because of that I visited AA like 5 times a month. Now I have to buy like 8 pretzels before I get one free. Sorry AA, instead of increasing customer loyalty, its having the opposite affect. Ill delete right after I get my first reward and shop your stores less frequently.

Please update this app for iOS 9 and Wallet. I am not inclined to keep this app if it isnt going to show my rewards in the Wallet app built into iOS.

Great savings and a great simple and effective app. But, I wish this app supported wallet (previously passbook) to store the loyalty card as I use wallet/passbook/pay everywhere possible.

The app has a nice UI, simple and straightforward. I hope the next update will have the option for location service to be on only "while app is in use" and not "always" and also support for Apple Wallet/Passbook.
