Before this app I used to get a free coupon by email every month. And because of that I visited AA like 5 times a month. Now I have to buy like 8 pretzels before I get one free. Sorry AA, instead of increasing customer loyalty, its having the opposite affect. Ill delete right after I get my first reward and shop your stores less frequently.
