After waiting awhile to download, the app crashes every time I tried to open it. Never got to use it yet.

After signing up for the loyalty program I get free pretzels and coupons from my favorite snack place at the mall. And I get a free pretzel coupon for my birthday every year!

This app doesnt work !! I bough $12 pretzel but I dont have da app yet .. So da lady told me took this receive n DL this app to earn point since they dont do stamp nomore ... So I did but there no way I can type r punch in this code on receive to earn point ...!!!

I cant get the app to work. It freezes and just shows a map of North and South America

At 197 points I cant redeem anymore points when I use it

The app remains frozen, showing a map of North and South America. Have latest version on iOS installed. Please fix it! My points and rewards are on my app.

Just like everyone else has said, its just frozen on a map of North America. Useless.

Dont bother with this app it just loads and loads and loads and thats about it. Does not work!

When I first got this app it worked like a charm. Then my icon went and turned blank which was fine the app still worked. Well I had problems with it freezing before anything would load so I deleted it and re-downloaded it, just to find that I cant get past the maps screen. I think this app will be useful again however right now its just pretty crappy since its unusable.

Disappointing when stores continually push their "apps" as a necessity for certain discounts and rewards programs yet they fail in keeping them updated with operating system changes. So tired of apps for everything.

Please fix so I can redeem the free pretzel you offered!!

One of those apps that is so hilariously invasive and instantly obnoxious that you immediately uninstall it. If youre an app developer its worth a look... as a "dont do this" example.
