Auntie Anne’s Rewards App revisa

The App showed that I was logged in. When I ordered, the App created a separate account for the order. I couldn’t place the order under my Account. It’s not a huge deal, but that’s 80 points that are not going into my Account

Why is the Lynnhaven Mall location (701 Lynnhaven Pkwy Spc E-16, Virginia Beach, VA 23452) not listed on your App anymore? I placed an order on the app a few weeks ago and it’s not listed under “recent” tab either. I can’t order online because location isn’t listed, and they’re still in business! Can someone update this on the App?

With the convenience of apps for every store , we expect them to work well. This app does not, it will not let me enter the coupon code the save around book . When I go to the get help, I get an error message. Not sure how much I will be using the auntie Ann’s app .

Redeemed T-Mobile offer. Message read: Allow up to 10 min to load. Waited 45 min, no offer. Thanks for literally nothing. Tried signing out then signing in, took 15 min to get back in. Error, too many attempts. I only attempted once.

The T-Mobile Tuesdays rewards said to wait 10 minutes for it to go through. As if that wasn’t annoying enough the reward never came through. Don’t offer free stuff if you’re going to make it a pain to redeem

The app is absolutely garbage. After so many failed attempts. They block you from signing in like it’s some type of bank or something and then keeps saying too many requests and it will not allow you to sign in even after resetting the password.

Can’t log in. Punchh is the worst Authenticator platform on the planet. Reset multiple times It just hates me.

App is terrible. I have friends who are in school who can do better. Tried to redeem T-Mobile’s free pretzel, had to download the app. To redeem, you have to go through the browser and sign in with a password, no option if you use Apple Sign in (only in the app). Drove all the way to Auntie Anne’s before discovering all this. If you try to create an account after, there is a limit placed on amount of accounts on a single device (1 account including Apple Sign-In). Never heard of anything like this in my life. Fire your staff and hire a college kid that can create better.

If I have to use the order ahead, so I can pick up my pretzel(s) & maybe a drink at the counter, I would like to be able to use a gift card as an option instead of only a credit card. There is no option for this and there should be. For some reason when I order at the counter, not via the app, and I want to use a physical gift card, they have difficulty with that.That’s why adding an electronic gift card as payment in the app is so important.I have an E gift card for Aunty Anne’s but I can’t use it.

Pretzels are always really fresh at the Valencia Towncenter whenever I go and the girl at the register has amazing customer service! Super friendly!

App is very clean and customer service is nice. However, this app doesn’t work on iOS 12 for some reason (don’t ask why i’m using it)

I click on my coupon not knowing how it worked and it stared to count down I freaked out and exited and now my coupon is gone I tried to find it and it said I used it but I didn’t

To receive a free pretzel you have to obtain 250 points. I was 10 points away from earning a free pretzel. The app froze and reset my rewards count back to 0.

They give “coupons” and stuff to draw you in, but when you get there “conveniently” don’t work

It does not work it completely logged me out and then when I log back in it says it’s incorrect so I asked for a reset password but it wouldn’t come through, so I tried creating a new account but it says I can’t. Absolutely terrible

I’m 16 points away from a free pretzel, and my last two purchases should’ve put me over the top to get the free pretzel, but even though I’m scanning the app, the points aren’t updating.

My birthday is April 05. Last year and this year I got an email about having a coupon in your app. But every time I open the app on my birthday there is no reward or coupon for a birthday freebie. What’s up with that?

I’ve tried multiple auntie Anne’s but the best pepperoni nuggets comes from the first floor auntie Anne’s of queens center. Very cheesy and fresh it’s a must try when in queens

This location is very informative on how the products are made. Fresh bread and fresh lemonade. I recommend coming here specifically for the mini dogs! Great display
